Jack Duffley

Jack Duffley delivers exceptional client service based upon his experience across the full spectrum of real estate. His client service profile is marked by his ability to assess and advise parties on complex transactions and leasing matters. Jack focuses his practice on advising clients throughout the economic cycle, so that they can achieve success in both up and down real estate markets.

In particular, he has worked on major retail shopping center transactions affected by complicated encumbrances and management structures. His leasing knowledge covers various commercial leases arrangements, including complex data center leases and ground leases. Jack regularly assists institutional clients on nationwide development initiatives, principally by analyzing site-level restrictions and counseling on the feasibility of those development projects. He also worked on corporate law issues and borrower-side financing transactions.

Before becoming an attorney, Jack worked as both a real estate agent and property manager. An IP Fellow and honors scholar in law school, Jack was involved in Law Review; Moot Court; and the Land Use & Real Estate Club, where he served as President. In service to others, Jack has been a volunteer at Cook County Property Tax Appeals Program and at Ladder Up Chicago, which provides free financial consulting resources to help our individuals move up the economic ladder.
